摘要
针对一起使用箱式浮盘技术的内浮顶储罐闪爆事故,分析了箱式浮盘的失效原因。对比分析了箱式浮盘的国内外标准技术要求,调研了国内箱式浮盘的使用现状和使用过程中的失效情况。针对此次事故当中暴露出的问题,结合当前我国箱式浮盘的技术现状,提出了提高箱式浮盘技术水平的改进意见和建议。
The cause of a flash explosion of a box-type floating roof tank was analyzed.The domestic and international technical requirements for box-type floating roof were compared and analyzed.The current application states of the floating roof and the associated failures were investigated.In view of the problems exposed in this accident and the current technical states of the box-type floating disk in China,some improvement suggestions were put forward.
