摘要
为探索HPR型橡胶改性沥青混合料的路用性能,采用室内马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、车辙试验和低温弯曲破坏试验,分别对HPR型橡胶改性沥青混合料、SBS改性沥青混合料、普通橡胶改性沥青混合料的高低温性能和水稳定性能进行了对比研究。试验结果表明:HPR型橡胶改性沥青混合料的路用性能最好,尤其是其高温抗车辙性能特别突出;与SBS改性沥青和普通橡胶改性沥青混合料相比,其高温抗车辙性能分别提高了41%和29%,低温抗裂性能分别提高了17%和6%,水稳定性能与SBS改性沥青基本相当但好于普通橡胶沥青,建议在沥青路面早期病害较为严重的路段,优先选用HPR型橡胶改性沥青混合料作为沥青路面材料。
In order to study the road performance of HPR rubber modified asphalt mixture,Marshall Test,freeze-thaw spliting test,rutting resistance test,low temperature bending test are taken to analyze the high and low temperature performance and water stability of HPR rubber modified asphalt mixture,SBS modified asphalt mixture and ordinary rubber modified asphalt mixture.The results show that,HPR rubber modified asphalt mixture has the best road performance.Compared with SBS modified asphalt mixture and ordinary rubber modified asphalt mixture,the high temperature rutting resistance of HPR rubber modified asphalt mixture increased 41%and 29%,low-temperature anti-cracking performance increased 17%and 6%respectively.The water stability basically of HPR is the same as SBS modified asphalt mixture,but better than ordinary rubber asphalt mixture.It is suggested that,on the asphalt pavement with severe early disease,HPR rubber modified asphalt mixture should be preferred as an asphalt pavement material.
