External Environment Analysis and Development Countermeasures of Hainan Russian Education and Training Market Based on PEST Analysis

立足于海南国际化建设,针对海南地区对俄语语言和文化学习的需求情况,结合PEST分析法对海南俄语教育培训市场的外部环境做出分析,为俄语教育培训行业的发展提供策略。通过分析发现,在俄语教育培训方面,海南拥有独特的政策优势,市场需求旺盛,但目前现有教育培训体系难以满足市场需求,建议海南积极推进政产学研协同发展,发挥"互联网+"优势,积极开发针对旅游行业的在线俄语教育。

Based on the internationalization construction of Hainan and the demand for Russian language and culture in Hainan,This paper analyzes the external environment of the Russian education and training market in Hainan with pest analysis,and provides the strategy for the development of the Russian education and training industry.Through analysis,it is found that Hainan has unique policy advantages and strong market demand in terms of Russian education and training.However,the current education and training system is difficult to meet the market demand.It is suggested that Hainan actively promote the coordinated development of government,industry,University and research,give full play to the advantages of“Internet+”,and actively develop online Russian teaching for tourism industry.
