摘要 红透山铜锌矿井下通风系统历经几十年变化,由建矿初期简单串联式通风逐渐演变为异地串联式多级风机站通风系统,该通风系统历经数次科技攻关项目改造,具有鲜明的特色。由于新系统工程建设施工,在2015年同时配套新增了位于矿体东端部的新系统风井及主扇,使通风系统格局发生了变化。本文就通风系统目前运行现状凸显的有效风量率低、系统需风量大、装机功率大、能耗高等一系列问题,提出优化方案。 The mine ventilation system of Hongtoushan Copper-Zinc Mine has undergone decades of changes. From the simple series ventilation in the initial stage of mine construction, it has gradually evolved into a multi-stage fan station ventilation system in different places. The ventilation system has undergone several scientific and technological research projects and has a distinctive Features. Due to the construction of the new system project, a new system wind shaft and main fan at the eastern end of the ore body were added at the same time in 2015, and the ventilation system pattern changed. In this paper, a series of problems such as low effective air volume rate, large air volume, high installed power and high energy consumption are presented in the current operation status of ventilation system, and an optimization scheme is proposed.
