强化细粒锌矿物回收的选矿工艺研究

摘要 辽宁某选矿厂锌浮选系统的锌作业回收率为82.27%,有17.73%的锌损失在锌尾矿中。根据团矿考查得知,锌尾矿中锌主要是与脉石、黄铁矿连生的连单体,占70.25%,锌单体占29.75%,且主要为细粒单体。利用选择性絮凝剂絮凝微细锌矿物,改变矿物粒度特性,然后再用高效捕收剂捕收的絮凝浮选工艺及精尾再磨提高锌精尾中锌矿物的单体解离度工艺,强化了细粒锌矿物的回收,锌回收率从73.96%提高到78.69%,提高了4.73个百分点。 In a processing plant in Liaoning province, zinc operating rate of zinc flotation system was 82.27%, and 17.73% of zinc was lost in zinc tailings. According to the briquetting test, zinc in zinc tailings mainly existed in the agglomeration formed in the process of gangue and pyrite raw monomer, accounting for 70.25%, and zinc monomer (29.75%) are mainly fine grained monomer. The flocculation flotation and regrinding process were adopted to improve the monomer dissociation degree of zinc cleaner tailings. Recovery of fine grain zinc minerals was strengthened, and zinc recovery rate was increased from 73.96 % to 78.69 %, for 4.73 percentage points.
