内蒙古某冶炼厂反射炉炼锡生产实践

Production Practice on Smelting Tin from Reverberatory Furnace in a Smelter in Inner Mongolia

锡是全球有色金属资源中最为紧缺的品种之一,而全球锡生产集中度较高,中国与印尼以全球约50%的储量供应全球60%以上的需求。我国90%的金属锡是采用反射炉生产的。本文简要介绍了某冶炼厂反射炉冶炼粗锡工艺及主要生产技术指标,分析了反射炉的优缺点,并提出了相关的建议。

Tin is one of the most scarce non-ferrous metal resources in the world, and companies producing tin around the world are highly concentrated. China and Indonesia supply more than 60 per cent of global demand with about 50 per cent of global reserves.In China, 90% of the metal tin is produced by reflector furnace.This paper briefly introduces the smelting process of crude tin in a smelting plant with reflector furnace and its main production technical indexes, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the reverberatory furnace, and puts forward relevant suggestions.
