摘要
随着经济全球化的深入和国际产业分工的转移,世界经济的格局正在发生着大调整和大变革。我国从2000年开始实施"走出去"战略,经历了数十年的发展后,开放型经济发展成绩突出。本文从国有矿业企业实施"走出去"战略的情况出发,通过研究企业"走出去"经营特点、"走出去"的实践模式、面临的问题以及取得的成果,一是论证"走出去"对我国外向型经济发展具有积极的意义,二是验证"走出去"对企业经营管理提升具有重要作用,三是为国有企业在"一带一路"大背景下,推进实施"走出去"战略提供对策建议。
With the deepening of economic globalization and the shift of international industrial division of labor, the pattern of the world economy is undergoing major adjustments and major changes. Since 2000, China has implemented the "going global" strategy. After decades of development, the development of open economy has achieved outstanding results. This article starts from the implementation of the "going global" strategy of state-owned mining enterprises. By studying the “going global” business characteristics of enterprises, the “going global” practice model, and the problems faced and the achievements.This paper has the following conclusions: Firstly,“going global” has positive significance for the development of foreign-oriented economy. Secondly,“going global” plays an important role in the improvement of business management. Thirdly, it is for the state-owned enterprises in the context of “One Belt, One Road” to promote the implementation of the "going global" strategy to provide countermeasures and suggestions.
