The Belt and Road Initiative is a vision or plan put forwoard by China.It enables countries and regions along the traditional trade routes connecting China with Asia,Europe and Africa to carry out mutually beneficial economic cooperation in the new era.It can be understood as a project in which China enhances and integrates its present opening up policies and activities.The Belt and Road Initiative has been misinterpreted as some kind of Chinese global integration strategy that poses a daunting challenge to the realities of nationstate politics,international politics and diplomacy,but it is rooted in a straightforward aspiration to upgrade infrastructure and improve bilateral commercial,trade and economic cooperation.
