整体性治理理念下的文化生态保护区建设研究——以晋中国家级文化生态保护试验区为例

Ecological Reserves under the Concept of Holistic Governance——Taking Jinzhong National Eco-cultural Conservation Experimental Area as a Case

文化生态保护区作为非物质文化遗产整体性保护的创新举措,实现了从传统单一项目、单一形态的保护向多文化表现形式融合发展的综合性保护的转变,成为现阶段我国非物质文化遗产整体性保护的主要实践方式。基于整体性治理理念,在探索和遵循文化生态治理规律的基础上构建动态多主体网络保护结构,发挥保护主体的能动性和创造性;通过以文化形态整体性保护为导向的协调机制与以信任为核心要素的多维整合机制的构建,提升文化生态保护能力,实现非物质文化遗产乃至文化生态的可持续发展是文化生态保护区建设的未来选择。

As an innovative measure of the integrated protection of intangible cultural heritage,the eco-cultural conservation area has achieved the transformation from the traditional single project and the single form of protection to the comprehensive protection of the integration of multi-cultural forms of expression. It has become the main practical way to protect the intangible cultural heritage in our country in the contemporary era. In the future,based on the concept of holistic governance and on the basis of exploring and following the regular patterns of the eco-cultural governance,the dynamic multi-agent network protection structure should be constructed to give full play to the initiative and creativity of the protectors. And then through the construction of the coordination mechanism guided by the holistic protection of cultural form and the multi-dimensional integration mechanism with trust as the core element,it is the best choice of the construction of the eco-cultural conservation area to enhance the ability of ecocultural protection and realize the sustainable development of intangible cultural heritage and eco-culture.
