摘要
为了研究海上特殊环境条件中基于风险的检测(RBI)在海上平台工艺管线安全风险控制方面的应用,对平台工艺管线可能存在的失效类型将进行风险分析并划分存量组。结合API581辨识平台工艺管线的风险等级和风险分布,并分析其潜在失效机理,提出相应的预防措施。研究表明:平台工艺管线的失效模式主要为均匀腐蚀减薄、局部腐蚀减薄和腐蚀开裂等;采用闭孔发泡玻璃材料的绝热材料发生腐蚀可能性更小;升级材质、提高合金铬含量可提高抗硫化能力等。
In order to study the application of risk-based inspection(RBI)in safety risk control of offshore platform process pipelines under special marine environment conditions,the possible failure types of platform process pipelines will be analyzed and divided into stock groups.Combined with API581,the risk level and risk distribution of the platform process pipeline are identified,and the potential failure mechanism is analyzed,and the corresponding preventive measures are put forward.The results show that the main failure modes of platform process pipeline are uniform corrosion thinning,local corrosion thinning and corrosion cracking,etc.The corrosion probability of insulating material with closed-cell foamed glass material is less,and the vulcanization resistance can be improved by upgrading the material and increasing the chromium content of alloy.
