基于高分影像的生产建设项目水土保持监管应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 在基于高分影像进行生产建设项目水土保持监管的过程中,针对如何高精度提取扰动图斑这一核心问题进行了研究。根据植被非生长季与生长季的不同特征对扰动图斑提取的干扰因素不同,采用基于规则的和以光谱信息辅助的面向对象监督分类方法,分别对不同时季高分影像上的扰动图斑进行了高精度提取。实验结果表明,2种提取方法均具有较高的精度,分别为88.68%和90.30%。最后利用提出的扰动图斑对生产建设项目的合规性进行分析,实现了对生产建设项目水土保持情况全面、精确的监管。由此可见,高分卫星遥感技术应用于水土保持监管可获得较好的监管结果,能够给相关的部门提供有效的借鉴。 The core problem of how to extract interference pattern spots with high precision is researched during the process of production construction project water and soil conservation monitoring.In accordance with the different interference factors of the different characteristics of the plants in non-growing season and growing season,the object-oriented supervised classification method which is based on rules and takes spectral information as the auxiliary information to precisely extract the interference pattern spot of the image with high resolution in different seasons.The test result shows that,these two kinds of extraction methods are with relatively high precision,they are 88.68%and 90.30%,respectively.Finally,the compliance of the raised interference pattern spot on the production construction project is analyzed to achieve comprehensive and precision monitoring on the water and soil conservation of the production construction project.Thus,it can be seen that the application of the satellite remote sensing technology with high resolution can gain relatively good monitoring result in water and soil conservation,and it can provide effective reference to the relevant departments.
