摘要 应用有限元分析软件对某工程应用中的阀门非标带颈中法兰建立数值分析模型。对法兰进行静力学分析及强度校核。根据法兰强度尺寸设置优化参数,然后对优化设计得到的法兰结构进行分类设计。法兰优化后质量减少了9.6%,在满足强度的要求下,降低了生产成本。 The numerical analysis model is established in the valve non-standard middle hubbed flange of an engineering application by finite element analysis software.Statics analysis and strength check is carried out to the flange.Classification design is carried out for the flange structure after optimization and the optimization parameter is set in accordance with flange strength and size.After optimization,the mass of the flange lowers 9.6%,so that the production cost is lowered under the requirements of that the strength is met.
