有机磷中毒心肌损伤患者血清凋亡促进因子及抑制因子的表达变化研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察研究有机磷中毒心肌损伤患者血清凋亡促进因子及抑制因子的表达变化情况。方法:选取本院2017年6月-2018年6月收治的有机磷中毒心肌损伤患者50例作为A组,同期有机磷中毒无心肌损伤患者50例作为B组,另选取体检健康者50名作为C组。检测比较三组的血清凋亡促进因子(Caspase-3、Caspase-9)及抑制因子(Bcl-2、sFas、sFasL)的表达水平,以及A、B组不同中毒程度患者的上述检测指标表达水平。结果:A组的血清Caspase-3、Caspase-9、sFas及sFasL表达水平均明显高于B、C组,血清Bcl-2表达水平均明显低于B、C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);但B组与C组的上述检测指标表达水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A、B组不同中毒程度患者的上述检测指标表达水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:有机磷中毒心肌损伤患者血清凋亡促进因子及抑制因子的表达明显异常,在有机磷中毒心肌损伤患者中具有较高的检测价值。 Objective:To observe and study the expression change of serum apoptotic promoting factors and inhibiting factors of patients with myocardial injury caused by organophosphorus poisoning.Method:A total of 50 patients with myocardial injury caused by organophosphorus poisoning admitted in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as group A,50 patients with organophosphorus poisoning and without myocardial injury at the same time were selected as group B,and 50 healthy persons with physical examination were selected as group C.The expression levels of serum apoptotic promoting factor(Caspase-3 and Caspase-9)and inhibitory factor(Bcl-2,sFas and sFasL)of three groups were detected and compared,and the expression levels of the above-mentioned indicators in patients with different degrees of poisoning in group A and B were also detected and compared.Result:The expression levels of serum Caspase-3,Caspase-9,sFas and sFasL in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and C,the expression level of serum Bcl-2 was significantly lower than those in group B and C,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001),but there were no significant differences in the expression levels of the above-mentioned indicators between group B and C(P >0.05).There were significant differences in the expression levels of the above-mentioned indicators in patients with different degrees of poisoning between group A and B(P<0.001).Conclusion:The expression of serum apoptotic promoting factors and inhibiting factors of patients with myocardial injury caused by organophosphorus poisoning are obviously abnormal and the detection value in patients with myocardial injury caused by organophosphorus poisoning are higher.
