PBL联合微信推送授课内容对内分泌常见多发疾病教学模式的影响初探 被引量:12

Preliminary Study on PBL Combined with WeChat Pushing Lecture Content in the Teaching Mode of Endocrine and Common Multiple Diseases

摘要 目的:以问题为基础的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)联合微信推送授课内容在内分泌学教学中的可行性及优越性。方法:本研究纳入108名临床医学专业专科学生,按照随机数字表法分为PBL教学组(n=54)和PBL联合微信教学组(n=54),分别采用PBL和PBL联合微信推送授课内容进行教学,采用问卷调查、笔试评估教学效果,比较理论考试、实验室检查考试以及学生对教学的反馈情况。结果:与PBL教学组相比,PBL联合微信教学组可显著活跃课堂气氛、调动学习兴趣、提高学习效率、提高基本知识的理解和记忆、扩展知识面、提高主动学习能力、加强分析和解决问题能力、锻炼临床思维和培养临床处理的综合能力,提高医学生的信息素质,且学生对教学内容的设计、教学过程的组织与指导及所用教学法的满意度均显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:与单纯PBL教学法相比,微信推送知识点联合PBL教学法既保证了教学质量,也培养了学生综合素质,传统教学与媒体教学技术结合为教学授课提供了新形式。 Objective:To study the feasibility and superiority of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with WeChat pushing lecture content in the teaching of endocrinology.Method:This study included 108 clinical medicine specialists,they were randomly divided into PBL teaching group(n=54)and PBL combined WeChat teaching group(n=54).Questionnaires and written examinations were used to evaluate the teaching effects,and theoretical examinations,laboratory examinations and student feedback on teaching of two groups were compared.Result:Compared with PBL teaching group,PBL combined with WeChat teaching group could significantly activate the classroom atmosphere,mobilize learning interest,increase learning efficiency,improve understanding and memory of basic knowledge,expand knowledge,improve active learning ability,and strengthen analysis,problem ability,exercise clinical thinking and comprehensive ability to cultivate clinical treatment,improve the information quality of medical students,and students'awareness of the design of teaching content,the organization and guidance of teaching process and the satisfaction of teaching methods were significantly improved (P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the single PBL teaching method,WeChat combined with PBL teaching method could not only ensure the quality of teaching,but also cultivate the comprehensive quality of students.The combination of traditional teaching and media teaching technology provides a new form for teaching.
