金沸草散联合西药治疗变异性咳嗽的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating cough variant asthma with Jinfeicao San plus western medicine

目的:观察金沸草散联合西药治疗变异性咳嗽的疗效。方法:将84例变异性咳嗽患者分为研究组与对照组,各42例,给予对照组西药治疗,研究组配合金沸草散治疗,观察疗效。结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后研究组咳嗽积分、PEFR均优于对照组(P <0.05);组间不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:金沸草散联合西药治疗变异性咳嗽,疗效佳,可推广。

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of Jinfeicao San(金沸草散)plus western medicine on cough variant asthma.Methods:84 cases were divided into two groups,42 cases in each.The control group was given western medicine;and the study group was given Jinfeicao San more.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency,cough score and PEFR in the study group were better,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between groups(P >0.05).Conclusion:Jinfeicao San plus western medicine on cough variant asthma show a good effect,and is worthy of promotion.
