中西医结合治疗老年女性出口梗阻型便秘的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating outlet obstruction constipation in senile female in the integrative medicine

目的:观察PPH联合益肠通秘汤治疗老年女性阳虚型出口梗阻型便秘的临床疗效。方法:将80例老年女性阳虚型出口梗阻型便秘的患者分成两组。治疗组40例,行PPH联合益肠通秘汤治疗;对照组40例,行PPH治疗。1个月后对比两组的临床疗效、排便指标及并发症。结果:两组患者排便指标较治疗前均明显好转(aP <0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(bP <0.05)。治疗组有效率为95.00%,对照组有效率为87.50%,两组有效率对比差异无统计学意义(a P> 0.05)。治疗组未出现并发症,对照组出现5例(aP <0.05)。1年后随访,治疗组的复发率为2.50%,对照组的复发率为15.00%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(bP <0.05)。结论:PPH联合益肠通秘汤治疗老年女性阳虚型出口梗阻型便秘疗效理想,并发症少,复发率低,在临床中可以推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of PPH and the Yichang Tongmi decoction(益肠通秘汤)on outlet obstructive constipation of the Yangxu type(阳虚型)in senile female.Methods:80 patients were divided into two groups.40 cases in the treatment group were given PPH and the Yichang Tongmi decoction.40 cases in the control group were given PPH.After 1 month,the clinical efficacy,defecation indexes and complications in two groups were compared.Results:The defecation indexes in two groups were improved significantly after treatment(aP<0.01);and those in the treatment group were superior to the control group(bP<0.05).The efficiency in the treatment group was 97.67%,and 94.59% in the control group,with no significant difference(aP >0.05).There were no complications in the treatment group;and 5 cases were occurred in the control group(aP<0.05).After 1 year of follow-up,the recurrence rate in the treatment group was 2.33%,and 16.22% in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(bP<0.05).Conclusion:PPH and the Yichang Tongmi decoction show a ideal effect,with few complications and low recurrence rate,and can be popularized in clinic.
