三仁汤加减治疗湿热内蕴型功能性消化不良疗效及作用机制

Mechanism and efficacy of the Sanren decoction on functional dyspepsia of the Shire Neiyun type

目的:探究三仁汤加减治疗湿热内蕴型功能性消化不良的疗效及作用机制。方法:选取2017年1-8月在我院进行治疗的150例,将其随机分为两组,分别进行常规西药治疗(常规组)及三仁汤加减治疗(研究组)。比较患者临床症状、胃功能指标及治疗效果。结果:治疗后,其症状评分及胃功能指标均有显著改善,研究组患者改善程度更为显著,与治疗前及常规组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05),且研究组疗效优良率为89.33%,显著高于常规组的69.33%(P <0.05),同时研究组患者复发率为2.67%,显著低于常规组。结论:采用三仁汤加减治疗湿热内蕴型功能性消化不良,能够显著提高治疗效果,改善患者相应症状,促进其胃功能恢复,对提高患者生活质量具有重要意义。

Objective:To explore the mechanism and efficacy of the Sanren decoction(三仁汤)on functional dyspepsia of the Shire Neiyun type(湿热内蕴型).Methods:150 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The routine group was given the routine western medicine.The study group was given the Sanren decoction.The clinical symptoms,gastric function index and therapeutic effect were compared.Results:After treatment,the symptom score and gastric function index were significantly improved,and those in the study group were improved more significantly(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate was 89.33% in the study group,significantly higher than 69.33%in the routine group(P<0.05).The recurrence was 2.67%in the study group,significantly lower than the routine group.Conclusion:The Sanren decoction can significantly improve the efficacy and the corresponding symptoms,promote the recovery of gastric function,and improve the quality of life.
