耳穴压豆联合旋覆代赭汤口服防治乳腺癌化疗后恶心呕吐的临床观察

Clinical observation on preventing and treating nausea and vomiting from chemotherapy in breast cancer by auricular point pressing plus the Xuanfu Daizhe decoction

目的:观察耳穴压豆联合旋覆代赭汤口服在乳腺癌化疗所致恶心呕吐中的疗效。方法:将92例乳腺癌手术后化疗的患者随机分为研究组和对照组各46例,对照组给予西医疗法,研究组在对照组的基础上,增加耳穴压豆手法和旋覆代赭汤口服,疗程为4个周期,观察两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组与对照组的愈显率分别为84.78%,63.04%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆联合旋覆代赭汤口服可以较好地防治乳腺癌术后化疗引起的恶心呕吐,该方案安全、易行。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of auricular point pressing plus the Xuanfu Daizhe decoction(旋覆代赭汤)on nausea and vomiting from chemotherapy in breast cancer.Methods:92 patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,46 cases in each.The control group was given western medicine.The study group was given auricular point pressing plus the Xuanfu Daizhe decoction more.Results:After treatment,the efficiency in the study group and the control group were 84.78%and 63.04%respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular point pressing plus the Xuanfu Daizhe decoction can better prevent nausea and vomiting from postoperative chemotherapy of breast cancer,and is safe and easy.
