糖尿病周围神经病变患者中温针灸的应用探讨

Treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy by warm acupuncture

目的:探究温针灸在糖尿病周围神经病变患者治疗中的临床效果。方法:选取104例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,随机分为西药组与综合组。西药组52例,用常规西药治疗,综合组52例,在西药组基础上增用温针灸治疗。对比治疗前后两组神经传导速度、临床疗效。结果:治疗前两组感觉神经正中神经、感觉神经腓总神经、运动神经正中神经、运动神经腓总神经传导速度差异不明显(P> 0.05),治疗后两组均加快(P <0.05),综合组显著大于西药组(P <0.05);综合组临床总有效率显著高于西药组(P <0.05)。结论:温针灸在糖尿病周围神经病变患者治疗中的应用可加快神经传导速度、提升临床效果。

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:104 cases were divided into two groups,52 cases in each.The western medicine group was given conventional western medicine;and the integrative medicine group was given warm acupuncture more.Results:After treatment,the sensory nerve median nerve,sensory nerve sacral nerve,motor nerve median nerve and motor nerve sacral nerve conduction velocity in two groups were accelerated(P<0.05),and those in the integrative medicine group were superior(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the integrative medicine group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture on diabetic peripheral neuropathy shows a good effect,can improve nerve conduction velocity and clinical efficacy.
