中西医结合治疗直肠癌术后肠麻痹的效果评价

Efficacy of the integrative medicine on enteroplegia after colorectal cancer surgery

目的:研究中西医结合治疗直肠癌术后肠麻痹的效果。方法:选取我院2016年5月-2017年7月收治的直肠癌患者80例,入选患者均符合经过切除术后产生的肠麻痹病症。按数字随机法将患者分为实验组(40例)和参照组(40例),参照组采用西医常规干预治疗,实验组对患者使用西医常规治疗的同时联合了中医的自拟保留灌肠汤的综合治疗方法,对比患者经过两种不同治疗方案后的疗效和各项生化指标情况。结果:参照组总有效率为67.5%,显著低于实验组的95.0%,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);实验组术后排气、排便、肠鸣音恢复平均时间及胃肠减压解除、腹胀消失和留院观察平均时间均显著短于参照组,两组数据比较呈现显著性差异;实验组治疗的24小时及72小时的综合证候积分明显低于参照组,数据差异符合统计学原理(P <0.05);干预后,实验组患者的K+水平、TNF-α水平及CRP水平均显著优于参照组,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗结直肠癌术后肠麻痹能有效缓解患者病痛,改善胃肠道功能,提高生存质量,疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective:To study the efficacy of the integrative medicine on enteroplegia after colorectal cancer surgery.Methods:80 cases were divided into the experimental group(40 cases)and the reference group(40 cases).The reference group was given the routine intervention of western medicine.The experimental group was given self-retaining enema decoction more.Results:The efficiency was 67.5%in the reference group,significantly lower than 95.0%in the experimental group(P<0.05).The average time of exhaust,defecation,bowel recovery,gastrointestinal decompression,abdominal distension and remain in the hospital for observation in the experimental group were significantly shorter than the reference group,with significant differences.The comprehensive symptom scores in 24 hours and 72 hours in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,P<0.05.After intervention,the K+TNF-αand CRP level in the experimental group were significantly better than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine can effectively relieve pain,improve gastrointestinal function and the quality of life,with a remarkable effect,and is worthy of clinical popularization.
