益气活血化瘀汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床研究

A study on treating acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with the Yiqi Huoxue Huayu decoction

目的:本文针对益气活血化瘀汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床效果进行研究。方法:选取我院2017年1月-2018年4月所接收的78例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者作为研究对象,按照就诊顺序将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予西医治疗,观察组给予益气活血化瘀汤治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果、肺功能检查结果以及并发症出现情况。结果:根据研究结果显示,观察组总有效为37例,占94.87%;对照组总有效为29例,占74.36%;两组患者数据之间存在显著差异,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组患者1 s用力呼气容积、占预计值百分率不存在明显差异(P> 0.05)。治疗后,两组患者1 s用力呼气容积、占预计值百分率升高,观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。对两组患者治疗前和治疗后的尿常规、血常规以及肝功能检查结果进行对比,无明显差异(P> 0.05)。另外,也没有出现胃部不适等不良反应。结论:针对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者,给予益气活血化瘀汤可以有效改善患者临床症状,提高治疗效果,增强患者身体素质,值得临床推广实践。

Objective:To study efficacy of the Yiqi Huoxue Huayu decoction(益气活血化瘀汤)on acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:From January 2017 to April 2018,78 cases were divided into two groups.The control group was given western medicine;and the observation group was given the Yiqi Huoxue Huayu decoction.Results:The total efficiency was 94.87%(37 cases)in the observation group and 74.35%(29 cases)in the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the forced expiratory volume and the predicted percentage of 1 second in both groups were increased;and that in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in urine routine,blood routine and liver function between two groups(P >0.05).There was no adverse reactions in two groups.Conclusion:The Yiqi Huoxue Huayu decoction on acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can effectively improve clinical symptoms,improve the therapeutic effects,and enhance the physical quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion and practice.
