中药超声雾化联合埃美丁滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating allergic conjunctivitis by ultrasonic atomization with TCM medicine plus emetidine eye drops

目的:观察中药雾化联合埃美丁滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎的疗效。方法:对照组27例使用富马酸依美斯丁点眼,观察组在对照组的基础上予以中药汤剂(自拟方)雾化治疗。结果:对照组总有效率为72.4%,观察组总有效率为92.6%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组治疗前后总评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:联合疗法治疗过敏性结膜炎疗效较好。

Objective:To observe efficacy of ultrasonic atomization with TCM medicine plus emetidine eye drops on allergic conjunctivitis.Methods:27 cases in the control group were treated with amethrin fumarate.The observation group was treated with TCM decoction(self-fitting formula)more.Results:The total efficiency was 72.4%in the control group and 92.6%in the observation group.There were significant differences between two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative therapy is better for allergic conjunctivitis.
