伴抑郁症状精神分裂症采用齐拉西酮及心理治疗临床疗效分析

Clinical effects of ziprasidone and psychotherapy on schizophrenia with depressive symptoms

目的:研究伴抑郁症状精神分裂症采用齐拉西酮及心理治疗的临床疗效。方法:本次研究选取的研究对象为2016年12月—2018年2月在我院进行治疗的伴抑郁症状精神分裂症患者,将96例患者按照就诊时间分为两组,48例每组。单月就诊为对照组(单用齐拉西酮),双月就诊为观察组(给予齐拉西酮配合心理治疗)。将两组的临床效果、PANSS量表评分、抑郁评分、不良反应发生情况进行比对。结果:观察组伴抑郁症状精神分裂症患者治疗后的PANSS量表总分、抑郁评分和不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P <0.05),临床总有效率显著更高(P <0.05)。结论:齐拉西酮联合心理治疗伴抑郁症状精神分裂症患者的效果安全有效。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of ziprasidone and psychotherapy on schizophrenia with depressive symptoms.Methods:96 patients with schizophrenia with depressive symptoms were divided into the observation group and the control group by arrival time,48 cases in each.The control group was treated with ziprasidone in odd month.The observation group was treated by psychotherapy more in even month.Results:After treatment,scale PANSS total score,depression score and adverse effect incidence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ziprasidone and psychotherapy on schizophrenia with depressive symptoms is effective and safe.
