急性阑尾炎患者的护理干预及对术后疼痛影响分析

Nursing intervention on patients with acute appendicitis and its effect on postoperative pain

目的:分析观察急性阑尾炎患者的护理干预及对术后疼痛的影响。方法:将80例急性阑尾炎患者分为两组,对照组接受常规护理,研究组接受优质护理,比较护理效果。结果:研究组术后VAS评分与护理满意度均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:急性阑尾炎给予优质护理,效果显著,可推广。

Objective:To analyze the nursing intervention on patients with acute appendicitis and its effect on postoperative pain.Methods:80 patients with acute appendicitis were divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing and the study group received quality nursing.Results:The VAS score and nursing satisfaction in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality care shows a significant effect on acute appendicitis and can be promoted.
