个体化护理对老年高血压患者血压及并发症的影响价值分析

Individual nursing for elderly hypertension and complications

目的:研究个体化护理应用在老年高血压患者中对其血压水平、并发症的影响。方法:用电脑随机编码分组法将2016年5月-2018年3月在本院接受治疗的86例老年高血压患者分成对照组43例(常规护理)、观察组43例(个体化护理)。对比两组患者血压、并发症、生活质量。结果:护理后,观察组患者舒张压为(84.59±6.64)mmHg、收缩压为(133.26±10.21)mmHg,血肌酐异常、脑卒中、心律失常三种并发症的发生率分别为4.65%、2.33%、16.28%,都比对照组低,出院后3个月四项生活质量因子得分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:对老年高血压患者实施个体化护理,能够降低血压水平,减少并发症。

Objective:To investigate efficacy of individual nursing for elderly hypertension and complications.Methods:From May 2016 to March 2018,86 cases were divided into two groups,43 cases in each.The control group was given conventional nursing;and the observation group was given individual nursing.Results:After nursing,diastolic blood pressure[(84.59±6.64)mmHg],systolic blood pressure[(133.26±10.21)mmHg],abnormal blood creatinine(4.65%),stroke(2.33%)and arrhythmia(16.28%)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Three months after discharge,quality of life scores in the observation group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individual nursing for elderly hypertension and complications can reduce blood pressure and reduce complications.
