中医定向透药疗法联合耳穴贴压对混合痔术后疼痛的影响

Efficacy of TCM targeted transdermal therapy plus auricular-plaster therapy on pains after combined hemorrhoids surgery

目的:评价混合痔术后疼痛患者应用中医定向透药疗法联合耳穴贴压的效果,从而为混合痔患者术后疼痛护理提供有效的手段。方法:采用随机数字法将重度混合痔术后患者分为两组,每组30例,对照组只接受常规护理,实验组除接受常规护理外进行中医定向透药疗法及耳穴贴压。结果:观察组患者术后1 h、3 h、24 h及48 h疼痛程度总体评分低于对照组,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。结论:中医定向透药疗法联合耳穴贴压可以有效缓解疼痛,从而为混合痔术后疼痛提供了更有效的护理方法。

Objective:To evaluate clinical efficacy of TCM targeted transdermal therapy plus auricular-plaster therapy on pains after combined hemorrhoids surgery.Methods:All patients were divided into two groups,30 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment;and the experimental group was given TCM targeted transdermal therapy plus auricular-plaster therapy more.Results:The pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 1hours,3hours,24hours and 48hours after surgery(P<0.01).Conclusion:TCM targeted transdermal therapy plus auricular-plaster therapy on pains after combined hemorrhoids surgery can improve pains,and is worthy of promotion.
