摘要
本文回顾分析了2017年10月-2018年3月我院急诊接诊76例一氧化碳中毒患者的急救与护理。患者大多数以头痛、头晕、恶心、呕吐及意识障碍等为主要表现。在急诊急救与护理中的重点是快速诊断及纠正缺氧,防治并发症,尽早进行高压氧治疗,加强健康教育,预防中毒发生。
Objective:To analyze the emergency treatment and nursing of 76 patients with carbon monoxide poisoning admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to March 2018.Most of the patients were characterized by headache,dizziness,nausea,vomiting and disturbance of consciousness.The emphasis of emergency treatment and nursing is to quickly diagnose and correct anoxia,prevent and cure complications,and carry out hyperbaric oxygen therapy as soon as possible.Strengthen health education to prevent poisoning.
