Research on Quality Control Detection of MSCT Equipment

目的本研究通过对新装的一台Philips Brilliance iCT Elite的质量控制检测,探讨日常工作中多层螺旋CT质量控制检测方法及注意事项。方法使用DCT10长杆电离室及16 cm剂量头模检测CT加权剂量指数及射线的重复性,用美国模体实验室Catphan 500/600模体检测CT性能参数。结果 CT加权剂量指数、层厚、CT值、定位光精度、噪声、空间分辨率、密度分辨率和均匀性等性能参数满足验收要求。结论通过CT质量控制检测及日常质量控制质量管理可及时掌握设备的状态、性能偏移并做出整改,减少了故障停机时间,保障检查图像质量。

Objective To test the quality control of a new installed Philips Brilliance iCT Elite,and investigate the quality control test methods in MSCT in daily work.Methods The DCT10 long chamber and the 16 cm dose head phantom was used to detect the CT weighted dose index and the reproducibility of the radiation.The CT performance parameters were detected by the Catphan 500/600 of the American model laboratory.Results Dosimetry,slice thickness,CT number accuracy,scout prescription and alignment light accuracy,low-contrast performance,spatial resolution and CT number uniformity parameters were all in action limits.Conclusion Through CT quality control inspection and daily quality control and quality management,the state and performance deviation of the equipment can be timely mastered and rectification can be made to reduce the downtime and ensure the quality of the inspection image.
