摘要
目的为解决全身麻醉的危重呼吸病人有效及时给药的难题,设计了基于呼吸回路的超声雾化给药控制装置。方法通过合理设计呼吸回路,使得呼吸机送出的气体与经超声雾化器雾化后的药物相结合后送达患者;内部控制系统检测超声雾化器及呼吸回路的工作状态,实现与呼吸机的同步控制及人机交互功能。结果该设计保证病人呼吸通畅的同时,在呼吸道和肺部形成局部高药物浓度,提高了疗效。结论超声雾化控制装置较好地解决了围手术期全麻患者或自主呼吸困难病人通气给药的难题。
Objective In order to solve the problem of effective and timely dosing of critically ill patients with general anesthesia,an ultrasonic atomization dosing control device was designed based on breathing circuit.Methods By reasonable design of the breathing circuit,the gas from the ventilator was delivered to the patient by combining with the drug atomized by the ultrasonic atomizer.The internal control system was used to detect the working state of the ultrasonic nebulizer and the breathing circuit,and realize synchronous control of the ventilator and human-computer interaction.Results The design not only ensured the smooth breathing of the patient,but also formed a local high drug concentration in the respiratory tract and lungs,which improved the efficacy.Conclusion The ultrasonic atomization control device solves the problem of ventilation dosing for perioperative patients with general anesthesia or patients with spontaneous dyspnea.
