Design and Application of Consultation Management System for Special Grade Antibacterial Drugs in Our Hospital

目的为严格落实抗菌药物分级管理制度的要求,更好规范临床医师开具特殊级抗菌药物行为,借助信息技术的手段提高抗菌药物管理水平,提升医院医疗质量。方法对医师开具特殊级抗菌药物流程进行梳理,设计并开发既符合管理要求又方便临床医师操作的会诊管理系统。结果减少了临床医师开具医嘱的随意性,借助信息系统简化了工作流程,达到了抗菌药物分级管理的相关要求,方便了临床医师的日常工作,同时还进一步改善了抗菌药物管理相关质量指标。结论该系统的设计与实现将管理需求与HIS中临床医师日常工作进行了有效整合,兼具创新性与可操作性,值得向全国同行进行宣传与推广。

Objective To implement the requirements of antibacterial drug grading management system and standardize the practice of special antibacterial drug issued by clinicians,the information technology was used to improve the management of antibiotics and hospital medical quality.Methods The process of prescribing special antibacterial drugs by physicians was reviewed.Then a consultation management system which not only met the management requirements but also facilitated the operation of clinicians was designed and developed.Results The randomness of prescribing orders by clinicians was reduced,the working process was simplified with the help of information system,the relevant requirements of grading management of antimicrobial agents was achieved,and the daily work of clinicians was facilitated.At the same time,the quality index of antimicrobial drug management was further improved.Conclusion The design and development of new consultation management system integrate the management and daily work of clinicians with hospital information system(HIS).This innovative and operable system is worth to be publicized and promoted to the counterparts of whole country.
