医院物流管理系统在临床科室的应用分析

Application Analysis of Hospital Logistics Management System in Clinical Departments

目的通过评估医院物流管理系统(SPD)在临床科室医用耗材管理中的应用效果,探索提升医院耗材管理水平的策略。方法提取SPD系统引入前后临床科室的应用数据,结合使用者的问卷调查,分析临床医用耗材的申领频率,取用和盘点时间,申领录入系统时间,耗材管理满意率,探讨SPD系统是否有效提高医护人员工作效率。数据采用t检验统计学分析,P<0.05为有统计学意义。结果 SPD系统引入后,临床医用耗材的申领频次降低(P<0.01);取用、盘点时间(P<0.01)和申领录入系统时间缩短(P<0.01);医护人员耗材管理满意度提升(P<0.01),普通耗材的月平均占用资金减少。结论医用耗材SPD管理可以有效提升临床科室的工作效率,可以将医务人员从繁琐的耗材管理业务中解放出来,同时降低医院资金占用。

Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of hospital logistics management system(SPD)on the management of medical consumables in clinical departments so as to explore strategies of the management level improvement.Methods The application data of SPD model were extracted from the clinical departments after it was introduced,and the data were analyzed in combination with the questionnaire survey of users,the frequency,consumables acquisition and inventory time,application and entry system time and satisfaction rate of consumables management were analyzed from clinical medical consumables to explore whether SPD system could effectively improve the work efficiency of medical staff.Whether the data difference was statistically significant through t-test(P<0.05).Results After the introduction of SPD model,the application frequency of clinical medical consumables was decreased(P<0.01),the time of collecting and checking consumption time(P<0.01)and the time of application and entry system were shortened(P<0.01),satisfaction rate of consumables management was increased(P<0.01)and the monthly average occupancy of ordinary consumables was decreased.Conclusion SPD management of medical consumables can effectively improve the clinical work efficiency,liberate medical staff from the tedious management of consumables and reduce the hospital capital occupation.
