PDCA循环管理法在降低消毒灭菌环节中腔镜器械损坏率的应用 被引量:38

摘要 目的探讨PDCA循环管理法在降低消毒灭菌环节中腔镜器械损坏率的应用与效果。方法将2016年5月至2017年1月实施PDCA循环管理法前的812件腔镜器械作为对照组;将2017年2~10月实施PDCA循环管理法后的853件腔镜器械作为实验组。应用PDCA循环管理法分析在消毒灭菌环节中导致腔镜器械损坏的原因,并根据分析结果制定和实施改进方案。结果实验组的损坏率为5.74%,低于对照组的9.98%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.345,P<0.01)。实验组的器械损坏以自然磨损为主占比59.2%,对照组的器械损坏类以外力破损为主占比56.8%。结论 PDCA循环管理法能有效地降低了腔镜器械的损坏率,保证腔镜手术质量和医疗安全。 Objective To discuss the application and effect of plan-do-check-action(PDCA)cycle management in reducing the failure rate of endoscopic instruments in the cycle of disinfection and sterilization.Methods From May 2016 to January 2017,812 pieces of endoscopic instruments before adopting PDCA cycle management was regarded as a control group.From February to October 2017,853 pieces of endoscopic instruments adopting PDCA cycle management was used as an experimental group.The PDCA cycle management was applied to find out the causes of laparoscopic instrument failure in the cycle of disinfection and sterilization.Corresponding improvement measures were formulated and implemented.Results The failure rate of experimental group was 5.74%which was lower than that of control group(9.98%),the differences were statistically significant(χ2=10.345,P<0.01).The failure type of control group was mainly natural aging(59.2%),while the failure type of experimental group was mainly unintentional damage(56.8%).Conclusion The PDCA cycle management can lower the failure rate of endoscopic instruments effectively as well as ensure the quality and safety of endoscopy surgery.
