摘要
目的优选复方银杏叶颗粒中银杏叶提取工艺。方法以总黄酮醇苷的转移率为评价指标,采用正交实验设计优选提取工艺参数。结果确定银杏叶提取的工艺为80%乙醇回流(80℃) 2次,每次3h,银杏叶提取浓缩液用大孔吸附树脂的提纯研究。结论该提取工艺为复方银杏叶颗粒制备及相关研究提供了一定科学依据。
OBJECTIVE To optimize grains of compound Ginkgo Biloba Particles ginkgo leaf extract.METHODS The transfer rate of flavone glycol glycosides as evaluation index,the orthogonal experiment design was used to optimize the extraction process parameters.RESULTS The extract process of Ginkgo Biloba Particles was determined as 80%ethanol reflux(80℃),2 times,3h each time,Ginkgo Biloba Particles extract concentrate with macroporous adsorption resin purification research.CONCLUSION The extraction process provides a scientific basis for the preparation and related research of compound Ginkgo Biloba Particles.
