摘要
目的建立毛细管气相色谱法同时测定复方氨搽剂中樟脑、薄荷脑、苯酚的含量。方法采用气相色谱法,Agilent 19095N-123 INNOWAX毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.53mm,1μm),FID检测器,柱温160℃,进样口温度220℃,检测器温度260℃,进样量1μL,分流比20∶1,载气为氮气,柱流量6.0mL·min^(-1),空气流量450mL·min^(-1),氢气流量40mL·min^(-1)。结果三组分的分离度和线性关系良好,樟脑、薄荷脑、苯酚质量浓度线性范围分别为0.2016~2.016mg·mL^(-1)(r=0.99995),0.3920~3.920mg·mL^(-1)(r=0.99997),0.2016~2.016mg·mL^(-1)(r=0.99996),平均回收率分别为98.82%(RSD=1.5%)、97.53%(RSD=1.8%)和99.01%(RSD=1.6%)。结论本法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好,可用于复方氨搽剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of camphor,menthol and phenol in compound ammonia liniment by GC.METHODS The content was determined by gas chromatography with Agilent 19095N-123 INNOWAX capillary chromatographic column(30m×0.53mm,1μm).Column temperature:160℃,Injector temperature:220℃,FID temperature:260℃.Injector volume was 1μL,split ratio was 20∶1.Nitrogen was used as carrier gas,the flow of column was 6.0mL·min^-1.Air:450mL·min^-1,Hydrogen:40mL·min^-1.RESULTS The linear range were 0.2016~2.016mg·mL^-1(r=0.99995),0.3920~3.920mg·mL^-1(r=0.99997),0.2016~2.016mg·mL^-1(r=0.99996),for camphor,menthol and phenol respectively.The corresponding average recovery rate were 97.90%(RSD=1.5%),98.43%(RSD=1.8%)and 98.38%(RSD=0.5%).CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and with good reproducibility,which can be used as quality control for compound ammonia liniment.
