分析罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼持续硬膜外镇痛用于无痛分娩的效果及对母婴状况的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的分析罗哌卡因复合舒芬太尼持续硬膜外镇痛用于无痛分娩的效果及对母婴状况的影响。方法选取我院2015年2月~2017年12月收治的初产妇160例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与无痛组,各80例,对照组行常规分娩,不采用任何止痛措施,无痛组选用药物罗哌卡因+舒芬太尼行持续硬膜外镇痛分娩,对比两组镇痛效果及母婴安全状况。结果两组新生儿Apgar评分无差异(P>0.05),无痛组镇痛后各阶段VAS评分及产后出现量低于对照组,且自然分娩率更高(P<0.05)。结论罗哌卡因+舒芬太尼硬膜外镇痛效果显著,并能减少产妇出血量,保障母婴健康。
