IgA肾病相关血清、尿生物标志物研究进展

The Research Progress of Serum and Urine Biomarkers Related to IgA Nephropathy

IgA肾病是我国乃至世界范围内最常见的原发性肾小球疾病,该病病理改变复杂,临床表现多样,发病早、预后差。肾穿刺活检是诊断IgA肾病的金标准,因操作的创伤性和潜在的并发症,让很多临床医生在选择时有所顾虑,且不方便病情监测。因此我们迫切需要寻找IgA肾病无创易得、简单准确的相关生物标志物,现主要从蛋白质和核酸两个方面介绍近年来研究火热的IgA肾病相关血清、尿生物标志物。

IgA nephropathy is the most common primary glomerulonephritis in China and the world- wide.The pathology of the disease is complex,and the clinical manifestations are diverse,with early onset and the prognosis is grim.Renal biopsy is the gold standard for diagnosis of IgA nephropathy.However,many clinicians are cautious choosing this method due to the traumatic and potential complication,Besides,it is not suitable for disease monitoring.Therefore,we urgently need to find a non- invasive,accessible,simple and precise evaluating marker of IgA nephropathy.In this review,we introduce some serum and urine biomarkers from aspects of nucleic acid and protein which are research focus in recent years.
