随着社会的发展,人类生产和生活的各个方面已经离不开电,因此用电的稳定性和安全性至关重要。随着中国城镇化进程的推进,对电网尤其是配电网提出了新的要求。电力系统研究重点是城市电网的规划和改造。由于城市供电对供电可靠性和负荷密度的要求较高,新建电力管线的路径选择日趋困难。在城镇化建设中,对原有城市电网的建设缺乏统一规划,带来了诸如配电网线路"N-1"比例不高、负荷分布不均等问题。为了满足新时代下的经济建设和民众日常的生活需求,提出了一种新的城市电网规划。

With the development of society,all aspects of human production and life have become inseparable from electricity,so the stability and security of electricity consumption are of vital importance.With the gradual progress of China's urbanization,new requirements have been put forward for the power grid,especially the power distribution network.The research focus of power system is the planning and transformation of urban power grid for a long time.As the reliability of power supply and load density of urban power supply are high,it is increasingly difficult to choose the path of new power pipeline,so this work is also difficult.In the construction of urbanization,due to the lack of unified planning for the original urban power grid,problems such as the low proportion of"N-1"of distribution network lines and unequal load distribution are brought about.In order to meet the economic construction and People's Daily living needs in the new era,it is urgent to propose an innovative urban power grid planning.
