摘要
为了保证高温环境下工作人员的安全,设计避免灼伤且轻便的专用隔热服装的需求越来越强烈。相比于日常普通防晒服,高温作业所用的隔热服具有更复杂的性能要求。因此,利用MATLAB建立三维立体图模拟假人的人体构造,针对外界环境温度的变化,在服装规定厚度范围内预测了假人皮肤温度关于时间的变化,然后针对所得数据进行残差检验,提高预测精度达到95%,进而利用估算方法求极值确定专用服装的最优厚度。
In order to ensure the safety of staff in high temperature environment,there is a growing demand for designing special heat insulation clothing which avoids burns and is portable.Compared with ordinary sunscreen clothes,heat insulation clothes used in high temperature operation have more complex performance requirements.Therefore,using MATLAB to build a three-dimensional stereogram to simulate the dummy's human body structure,in view of the change of the external environment temperature,the change of the dummy's skin temperature with respect to time is predicted within the prescribed thickness range of clothing,and then the residual test is carried out according to the obtained data to improve the prediction accuracy to 95%,and then the optimal thickness of the special clothing is determined by using the estimation method.
