四元联系数在土槐菝葜汤治疗血热型银屑病疗效研究中的应用

Four-element Connection Number in the Study of Tuhuai-smilax Decoction in Treating Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的通过集对分析法中四元联系数对土槐菝葜汤辨治寻常型银屑病血热证进行二次分析。在临床疗效证实的基础上,采用集对分析态势函数评价土槐菝葜汤治疗的临床优势,并为进一步方药选优提供一个新途径。方法运用土槐菝葜汤在治疗血热型银屑病临床研究中的资料,将对照组与观察组患者的临床疗效分为痊愈、显效、好转、无效4类,根据集对分析方法建立四元联系数,分别对应为a、b、c、d,再分别计算对照组与观察组的有效态势及三阶正偏联系数,进行比较。结果μ_2(观察组)处在同势1级,μ_1(对照组)处在同势15级,μ_2(观察组)比μ_1(对照组)要优先14个态势级。三阶正偏联系数μ_1(对照组)0.445 8>μ_2(观察组)0.441 3。结论用土槐菝葜汤治疗银屑病的整体疗效是稳定的,且有继续提高疗效的趋势。

Objective In order to analyze the blood-heat syndrome of common psoriasis vulgaris by using the Tuhuaibaqia Decoction number in the set pair analysis four-element connection number method.On the basis of the clinical efficacy confirmation,the clinical advantage of the treatment of the Tuhuaibaqia Decoction is evaluated by the set pair analysis situation function,and a new way is provided for the further selection of the prescription.Methods The clinical data of Tuhuaibaqia Decoction in the treatment of blood-heat psoriasis were divided into four categories:recovery,markedly effective,effective and ineffective.The four methods were established according to the set pair analysis method.According to the set pair analysis method,the quaternary contact numbers were established,which were corresponding to a,b,c,and d,respectively,and then the effective situation of the control group and the observation group and the third-order positive partial contact number were calculated separately for comparison.Results μ2(observation group)was at the same potential level 1,μ1(control group)was at the same potential level 15,μ2(observation group)was superior toμ1(control group)with 14 situational levels.The third-order positive partial contact numberμ1(control group)0.445 8 was more thanμ2(observation group)0.441 3.Conclusion The overall efficacy of the treatment of psoriasis with earthworm soup is stable and has a tendency to continue to improve efficacy.
