240例瘢痕疙瘩的高血压发病情况分析

Analysis of Hypertension Incidence in 240 Cases of Keloid Patients

目的了解瘢痕疙瘩人群的高血压发病情况。方法回顾性分析2015年3月—2017年3月郑州人民医院皮肤科经治瘢痕疙瘩240例的临床资料。结果共发现合并高血压者61例,男25例,女36例。整体高血压发病率约为25.42%,显著高于普通人群高血压发病率(P<0.05);男性高血压发病率与普通人群比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);女性高血压发病率约为35.63%,显著高于普通人群发病率(P<0.05)。高血压发病率与瘢痕疙瘩受累部位无关(P>0.05)。随年龄增加各年龄段高血压发生率大致呈逐渐上升趋势,且高血压发生率与瘢痕疙瘩的大小及数量显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论瘢痕疙瘩人群高血压发病率高于普通人群,且随年龄增长呈上升趋势,与瘢痕累及部位无关,但与瘢痕疙瘩的大小及数量呈正相关。二者相关具体机制不详。

Objective In order to learn the situation of hypertension incidence in keloid patients.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 240 keloid cases in the dermatology department of people's hospital of Zhengzhou from March 2015 to March 2017 has been performed.Results Among 240 keloid cases,61 cases were found coincide with hypertension,25 male cases,and 36 female cases.The overall hypertension incidence(about 25.42%)was significant higher than that in average people(P<0.05).No significant different hypertension incidence had been found between male and average people(P >0.05).The hypertension incidence of female was significant higher than average people(P<0.05).No significant differences of hypertension incidence among different involved sites had been found(P >0.05).With the rising of age,the hypertension incidence was growing higher.And a positive relevance between hypertension incidence and the size/number of keloid has been found(P<0.05).Conclusion The hypertension incidences in patients with keloid are higher than average people,and keep rising follow the growing of age.No relevance with the involved sites of keloid,and is positive relevant with the size/number of keloid.And the specific relevant mechanism is unclear.
