摘要 利用动力学仿真模块对4100型内燃机进行动力学仿真。应用Solidworks对曲柄连杆机构进行三维建模。在只受重力,视曲柄连杆机构模型为刚性体的环境下,对内燃机的动力学进行仿真计算,得到活塞、连杆等机构的特性曲线和转矩曲线,对理论结果与仿真结果进行对比分析,得到曲柄销和主轴承的受力曲线。这些仿真分析结果为内燃机的动力学分析,惯性力平衡和内燃机的减振和振动分析提供一定的设计参考,为进一步改进设计提供参考。 The dynamic performance of the crank linkage mechanism of 4100 internal combustion engine was analyzed,which based on the Dynamic Simulation module.Firstly,the three-dimensional model of the crank-connecting rod mechanism was built by Solidworks.Then,the model of the crank connecting rod mechanism was regarded as a rigid body under the condition of gravity.The dynamics of internal combustion engine has been simulated and calculated,the dynamic characteristic curves of the pistons and the connecting rods was obtained,as well as the torque curves.The simulation results was compared with the theroy results.Finally,the force curves of the crank pin and the main bearing was also obtained.These simulation results provide some reference for the dynamic analysis of internal combustion engines,inertia force balance and vibration analysis of internal combustion engines,and provide reference for the further improvement of the design.
