以一种机油加注口的设计方案为例,介绍发动机在整车匹配中的零件设计过程以及相关的验证。该方案主要针对某型号微型卡车无法从主驾驶位机舱处加注机油而提出,通过增加管道的方法把发动机的机油加注口延伸至副驾驶位机舱盖下方,解决机油加注不便的问题。

This paper takes a design scheme of oil filling port as an example to introduce the part design process and related verification of the engine in the whole vehicle matching.This program is mainly for the problem that a certain type of mini truck can not be filled with oil from the main driver’s cabin.By adding pipes,the engine oil filling port is extended below the passenger's seat cover to solve the problem of inconvenient oil filling.
