Review on Residual Fatigue Life Prediction of Excavator Working Device for Remanufacturing

从工程机械再制造、疲劳寿命预测、面向再制造的寿命预测等三个方面总结了国内外有关面向再制造的挖掘机工作装置剩余疲劳寿命预测的研究现状,归纳出现有研究中存在的问题。最后,提出了面向再制造的挖掘机工作装置剩余疲劳寿命预测的下一步研究方向。

This paper summarized the research status of residual fatigue life prediction of excavator working device for remanufacturing at home and abroad from three aspects:remanufacturing of construction machinery,fatigue life prediction and remanufacturing-oriented life prediction,and summarized the existing problems.Finally,the next research direction of residual fatigue life prediction of excavator working device for remanufacturing was put forward.
