某型直升机转场油箱油液晃动仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 直升机的转场油箱可增大直升机的航程,但转场油箱内燃油的晃动将对直升机的重心带来不利的影响,需采取一定的措施,来削减油液的晃动程度。以某型直升机转场油箱为例,采用VOF方法,对其在无隔板、有单隔板和有双隔板这三种构型下分别进行晃动仿真分析,并从油液的三维晃动效果、油液重心变化情况、油液面晃动高度情况以及流体平均动能这四个方面进行对比分析,结果表明,油箱内部隔板的存在能明显的削减油液晃动的剧烈程度,而单隔板削减晃动的效果又要略好于双隔板,但对于所研究的转场油箱来说,采用双隔板更为合适。 Transfer fuel tank of helicopter can increase the flight range of helicopter,but the fuel sloshing in transfer fuel tank will have adverse inference on helicopter,and methods of preventing sloshing should be taken to reduce the sloshing degree.Take the transfer fuel tank of a certain kind of helicopter as an example,sloshing simulations are taken under the configurations of no baffle,single baffle and double baffles with the method of VOF.Contrastive analyzes are taken from four aspects:3D sloshing effect,center of gravity changes of fuel,surface elevation changes of fuel and fluid mean kinetic energy.The result shows that the existence of baffle will obviously reduce the degree of fuel sloshing,and the single baffle has slightly better performance than double baffles on sloshing reduce,but for the transfer fuel tank studied,double baffles is more appropriate.
