This paper introduces the process of solving the alarm problem in the tightening process of a certain engine connecting rod bolt,according to the Seven-diamond method,the potential factors for the alarm of the connecting rod bolt tightening machine by Torque-Angle control are analyzed,and term by term troubleshooting,finally found the root cause of the problem and the solutions,the process of solving this problem provides solutions and experience for solving similar problems.
