Serial Communication Between Industrial Computer and Air Leak Detector Based on VB6.0

汽车后桥油管气密性检测站采用COSMO空气检漏仪检测产品的气密性,并使用PLC的I/O接口实现工位的自动化监控。针对PLC I/O监控系统无法实现复杂信息处理的缺点,介绍了一种使用工控机连接空气检漏仪,并用VB6.0软件编写上位机监控程序,实现两者之间串行数据通信的方法,从而实现了对空气检漏仪的数字控制和数据采集、显示、运算、存储及追溯等信息化的处理。

The rear axle tubing air tightness testing station uses the COSMO air leak detector to detect the air tightness of the product,and uses the I/O interface of the PLC to realize the automatic monitoring of the station.Aiming at the shortcomings of PLC I/O monitoring system unable to realize complex information processing,this paper introduces a method of connecting air leak detector with industrial computer and writing host computer monitoring program with VB6.0 software to realize serial data communication between the two.Thus,the digital control of the air leak detector and the information processing such as data acquisition,display,calculation,storage and traceback are realized.
