挖掘机斗齿铸件堆焊工艺研究

摘要 本文分析国内挖掘机铲斗边齿焊接工艺及户外修复铲斗不足,开发一种在边齿表面3 mm厚度堆焊工艺,并对堆焊层的外观质量及内部质量完成验证。经实践表明,该堆焊工艺能够有效解决生产中边齿焊接工艺及户外修复铲斗的问题,大大提高边齿的焊接质量,减少边齿与斗体焊缝的开裂失效情况发生。同时,该堆焊工艺具有成本低、生产效率高、热影响区小、操作方便等优点,应用良好。 In this paper,the domestic excavator bucket side tooth welding process and the outdoor repairing bucket are analyzed.A 3mm thickness surfacing process on the edge tooth surface is developed,and the appearance quality and internal quality of the surfacing layer are verified.The practice shows that the surfacing process can effectively solve the problem of the production of the middle tooth welding process and the outdoor repairing bucket,greatly improve the welding quality of the side teeth,and reduce the cracking failure of the side teeth and the bucket weld.At the same time,the surfacing process has the advantages of low cost,high production efficiency,small heat-affected zone,convenient operation,and the like,and the application is good.
