连铸辊的表面缺陷原因分析及修复工艺 被引量:3

摘要 本文对转炉连铸辊在使用一段时间后表面出现的环状裂纹、磨损凹陷、焊层脱落等缺陷形成的原因进行了分析,并提出修复处理办法。实践证明,通过选择合适的堆焊材料和堆焊工艺等措施,修复后的连铸辊能够达到和新辊一样的使用效果,从而避免了连铸辊整体报废,减少新辊的采购量,提高生产效率,取得较好的经济效益。 In this paper,the reasons for the formation of defects such as ring cracks,wear sag and welding layer falling off on the surface of the converter continuous casting roller after a period of use are analyzed,and the repair method is proposed.It has been proved by practice that the repaired continuous casting roller can achieve the same use effect as the new roller by selecting proper surfacing material and surfacing technology,so as to avoid overall scrapping of the continuous casting roller,reduce the purchase amount of new roller,improve production efficiency and obtain better economic benefits.
