摘要
本文针对某石化企业自备电厂现有2台410t/h循环流化床锅炉(简称CFB锅炉)目前长周期运行瓶颈,尤其是水冷壁存在的磨损问题,分析其磨损原理、磨损形式,并提出了水冷壁管防磨的具体应对措施,采用实施新型防磨超音速电弧喷涂、实施主动防磨梁、实施在线堆焊防磨联合技术修复消除水冷壁管磨损难题,锅炉长运行周期达到542天,取得新突破,为同类型锅炉长周期运行提供借鉴。
This paper analyzes the wear principle and form of water-cooled wall tubes in view of the existing two 410 t/h circulating fluidized bed boilers(CFB boilers)in a petrochemical enterprise’s own power plant,and puts forward specific measures to prevent water-cooled wall tubes from wearing.The combined technology of new anti-wear supersonic arc spraying,active anti-wear beam and on-line surfacing welding and anti-wear is adopted to repair and eliminate water-cooled wall tubes’wear problems.The boiler’s long-run period reaches 542 days,making a new breakthrough and providing a reference for the same type of boiler’s long-run operation.
