摘要
汽轮发电机组的运行除了经济性外,安全性和稳定性也是极其重要的。汽轮机转子的过大超速会引起机组重大事故,因此在设计阶段必须对超速值进行评估,以确保其满足技术协议要求。并且,现代化大型机组普遍自带转速控制系统及超速保护装置以实现机组安全稳定运行。本文提出了一种汽轮机超速量的计算方法,用理论印证了该方法的正确性,并将其成功应用在了具体实例上。同时,本文也对汽轮机转速控制及超速保护装置做了简要介绍。
In addition to economical operation,the safety and stability of turbo-generator set is also of vital importance.As the excessive overspeed of turbine rotor may cause serious accidents,overspeed evaluation must be done at design stage to ensure the amount of turbine overspeed meet technology license agreement.Also,modern large units generally have speed control system and overspeed protection devices to ensure operate safely and stably.This article proposes a calculation method of the amount of turbine overspeed,which is proved to be correct by theory and successfully applied to an example.Turbine speed control and overspeed protection devices are briefly described as well.
